Shruti Gupta

Shruti is a doctoral candidate at SciWhyLab, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her research, utilising an integrative approach of biology and computational science, focuses on pattern mining and re-purposing of gene-expression data to address questions in systems biology. Shruti served as a core member of RSG-India and later steered the team as President for two years before getting involved with ISCB-SC. She helped organise the 17th Student Council Symposium. Shruti is currently vice-chair of the RSG Committee for the Asia-Pacific region.
