RSG Western Africa

RSG Western Africa

The ISCB-SC Regional Student Group–Western Africa (RSG-West Africa) working closely with the African society for bioinformatics and computational biology (ASBCB) is intended to be an organization for highly motivated students and researchers to develop critical scientific skills and network with leading Computational Biology scientists and peers from many different institutions across Africa. We are an outreach of the International Society for Computational Biology–student Council (ISCB-SC) and therefore we focus on events and opportunities for young researchers and students in Africa.

Our vision is to spread the knowledge and use of bioinformatics and computational biology in West Africa.
